Start with a good niche..
How am I gonna start a new website that and get good market?
My partner did tell me that do not simply build a website without studying and making a little research about my idea. Unless I am building a site or blog for fun. If you wanted to earn passive income from your site, such as earning from ads and affiliate, then the most important thing to decide is your niche or simply ..keyword. It is not a good idea to start a website with a chock-full niche whereby it is not easy to be at the first page, good ranking and not easy to bid the websites from the first page.
Three most important elements you need to configure of a niche are:-
1- High demand - When more people searches and looks for information of your niche, more traffic you will get to your site. If more traffic counter to your site, the higher possibility of people will click on your ads. (That’s a good news, perhaps!)
2- Low supply - Less websites targeting the same niche, the higher chances of ranking you will get.
3- Profitable potential - Ensure that people who search for your niche willing to pay for the information or product you are promoting.
So, folks. Be wise. I am telling it to myself since I have several websites which did not rank well and considered to be a waste. Now am studying bout ‘Niche Inspector’ who will do lots of inspection on getting a good great niche. Good luck!
